WEDDING | Simone & Dan

My 2nd wedding of the 2011 season was for my good friend from college, Simone. She and Dan have been together since high school, and their wedding was so uniquely them! Simone MADE HER OWN WEDDING DRESS!! It was one of the most DIY weddings I've ever photographed, and it was done so well. Everything took place at the Ducktrap Retreat in Lincolnville, ME and it was a perfect location for them to do it all their own way:

One of the most unique cakes I've ever seen at a wedding - each layer was made by a different
friend/family member and then it was frosted and decorated on-site!
